How do payments work?
Pay a small advance (typically 25%) to confirm your booking; the balance is due before travel. UPI and bank transfer accepted — you’ll receive a clear breakup with your proposal.
Can I customise a package?
Every package is a starting point. Hotels, days, activities and pace are adjusted around you — just tell your consultant what to change.
What if I need to cancel?
Terms follow each hotel/airline’s own policy, stated in your proposal before you pay. We always push for the most flexible option available.
Do you handle flights and visas too?
Yes — flights, visas, transfers, hotels and activities can all be part of one plan with one point of contact.
Are prices per person or per group?
Each proposal states this clearly. Package prices are usually per group for private trips and per person for fixed departures.
How fast do you reply?
Within the hour during business hours (9am–9pm IST), on WhatsApp or phone.
